Daily activities in kindergarten refers to the various activities carried out in a day in kindergarten. The arrangements of daily activities in kindergarten need to listen to the voices from all sides, it is influenced by the cultural, historical, realistic factors and so on.This study takes two4-5age classes in two university affiliated kindergartens of a provincial capital in China and a state in the southern America as the object of study. Through the observation of children’s daily activities in two kindergartens, and the interviews of the teachers, we know a lot about the specific process and content of the daily activities in the two kindergartens. The study first describes the process of the daily activities on the text in A kindergarten and B kindergarten respectively, then describes the implementation of the process of the daily activities. The researcher selects two children in A kindergarten and B kindergarten respectively as a case study, in this way, we can let the reader have a better understanding of the daily activities of them. On this ground, the researcher compares the similarities and differences between the two kindergartens.Education itself is engraved with the brand of culture, different culture create different educational ideas and practice. In the background of daily activity in kindergarten, the various children’s activities reflect the characteristics of culture, history. Since there’s a great difference in such aspects as cultural tradition, political system between China and America, the daily activities in kindergarten will show different characteristics. By comparing the similarities and differences of the daily activities between the two kindergartens, and analysis the causes behind the different point, we can study a lot from the related experience of America.On the basis of the research results, the researcher summaries, discusses and analyses four outstanding problems in this research. Finally, the researcher calls for the adult to listen to the voices of children, according to the children’s physical and mental rhythm rather than teaching plan to arrange daily activities in kindergarten. At the end of this study, the researcher reflects on the research data collection, thesis writing and subsequent research.
