STEAM,as an interdisciplinary education concept,integrates mathematics,science,technology,art,engineering and other disciplines.It advocates cultivating comprehensive abilities of learners through interdisciplinary teaching,so as to meet the needs of the society for talents.Therefore,this interdisciplinary teaching method has attracted wide attention.The public course of "Modern Educational Technology" mainly aims to enable normal university students to understand the basic theories related to teaching,learn the basic methods of information teaching design,and master the skills of multimedia resource-assisted teaching.As the reserve talent of future teachers,the cultivation of normal university students’ ability is related to the future quality of national education.In the information age,normal students can better adapt to the future teaching position only when they have comprehensive ability and teaching skills.Therefore,it is necessary to integrate multi-disciplinary knowledge into the curriculum of training normal university students for innovative teaching.This study in STEAM under the guidance of education concept,according to "modern education technology" part of the practice course content characteristics build a teaching mode,teaching design,teaching design and implement and evaluation,validation blend in interdisciplinary education concept to cultivate students’ in the course of the public can in training students’ skills and to promote students’ comprehensive ability.The research ideas of this paper are as follows: firstly,econometric analysis is made on the literature,and the existing research on STEAM education concept is sorted out,so as to provide theoretical support for further integrating STEAM education concept into teaching practice.Secondly,the present teaching situation of the practice part of modern Educational Technology is understood and the existing problems are summarized by questionnaire survey.Again to informatization instructional design,multimedia courseware production,the production of micro class three practice teaching topic,for example,on the basis of STEAM education idea,teaching mode of teaching design,and implement in the actual teaching,through a survey of students comprehensive ability and practice results of evaluation,satisfaction survey,classroom observations and interviews,such as data collection,Verify the effect of STEAM teaching mode on the comprehensive ability cultivation and skill improvement of normal university students.Finally,relevant suggestions are put forward for teaching activities integrating STEAM concepts into specific courses.The results show that the teaching design scheme integrating STEAM education concept is beneficial to improve the comprehensive ability of normal university students.The combination of STEAM education concept with the practice part of Modern Educational Technology plays a positive role in cultivating the information technology skills of normal university students.The normal university students are quite satisfied with the course teaching method integrating STEAM education concept.
