Being the beginning stage of teacher professional development, Modern education technology bears the task of cultivating the ability of students in the Modern education technology which plays a fundamental role for student in being independent, cooperation or leading the application of education technology and innovation in the future. Therefore, under the background of teacher professional review and construction of course content Modern education technology, Modern education technology has a important application value and practical significance to cultivate students’ ability of Modern education technology and teachers’professional development.In the background of teacher professional development, this study emphasizes the knowledge of basic and extensibility. Through the comparison of the selection of teaching material Modern education technology, it is found where there is different teaching material,there is different content system, which reflects the difference in people’s understanding of the curriculum orientation, which gives rise to my research interest. On the basis of the theoretical analysis and research, I have made a orientation of course objectives. According to the society, subject and students to the demand of the Modern education technology and the requirement of the curriculum goal setting principle, the course of Modern education technology was formulated for the college students as course objectives. Under the guidance of the curriculum target, students in normal universities should have been well clear about the Modern education technology through questionnaire investigation and literature research. On the basis of D·P·Atlstbel’s theory of migration, it can be divided into seven modules and carries on the content of the design. Numerous interviews have been on with a lot of educational technology experts and teachers on the front in middle schools to further ensure scientific and rigor of research results. Finally,course content of Modern education technology is composed of five modules including Modern education technology and information process of teachers’professional development, teaching environment, multimedia courseware design and development, the teaching application based on network platform, the Modern education technology and curriculum integration.
