Objective: Through the combination of aging mice added leucine8weeks of swimming exercise intervention, to observe the influence of the liverproinflammatory cytokines,and4months of young mice liver levels of proinflammatorycytokines. In order to investigate different interventions on aging mice liver levels ofproinflammatory cytokines, the effects of anti-aging provides referential basis. Method:36healthy male ICR mice whice were13months of age, randomly divided into blankcontrol group (NC,n=12), leucine group (LC, n=12), leucine with exercise group (LE,n=12),12only4months of age healthy ICR male mice as young control group (YC,n=12). LC group of mice and LE feed add5%leucine, regular diet feeding the rest ofthe group. LE group for45minutes per day,5days per week, a total of eight weeks ofweight loading swimming training, negative weight for their body weight by2.8to3%.Leucine exercise group (LE)24hours after the last training to be put to death all themice,and fast for17hours.ELISA method to detect the liver tumor necrosis factor-a(TNF-a), interleukin1beta in the liver (IL-1beta), interleukin-6(IL-6) andhigh-sensitivity c-reactive protein (hs-CRP), a routine HE staining to observe the livertissue fiber structure.Results:1)TNF-a: blank control group (NC) is significantly higherthan control group (YC) young; Leucine exercise group(LE) significantly lowercompared with blank control group (NC); Leucine group (LC) compared with the blankcontrol group (NC) is slightly reduced, no significant difference; LE than LC group isslightly lower, the difference was not significant; LE than YC group is slightly lower,LCgroup slightly higher than the YC group, no significant difference, there was nosignificant difference between the three groups.2) IL-1beta: NC group wassignificantly higher than in YC group; LE group was significantly lower than NC group;Leucine LE is slightly lower than LC group, LE slightly above the YC group, but nosignificant difference; LC group was significantly lower than NC, slightly higher thanthe YC group.3) the IL-6:NC group is a significant rise in YC and LE group; LE groupis slightly lower than LC group and YC, LC group is slightly lower than NC group andYC group, no significant difference.4) CRP: NC, LC, LE, YC4group in turn is reduced, including NC group was significantly higher than that of YC and LE group, nosignificant difference between the other groups.5) Young group (YC) are shown aslobular structure clear, liver cell size and shape is normal,not seen inflammatory cellsinvasion; Blank control group (NC) liver tissue slice found liver cells dotted anddegeneration and necrosis with varying degrees of inflammatory cells infiltration;Leucine movement (LE) and leucine group (LC) in liver tissue biopsies compared withthe blank control group (NC), inflammatory cells invasion is lighter. Conclusion:1)15months mice inflammatory symptoms of aging, have shown TNF-a, IL-1beta, IL-6andCRP increased.2) Added leucine to a certain extent can inhibit aging mice liverproinflammatory cytokines, have the function of the organism senescence.3)Supplementary light ammonia combined with aerobic exercise for inhibition of agingmice liver high expression of proinflammatory cytokines have good effect, can reduceits expression level trend to more normal levels,more effective inhibition of itsexpression,the effect of inflammatory senescence is better.
