Object: This paper observes the effects of aerobic exercise effect on body weight and body mass index among young obese people through 8weeks,analyzing the effects of lowering the level of serum inflammatory factors and regulating intestinal flora,and then,explores the correlation between the above two ways,finally discusses the possible role of these two modes in improving the body phenotype of the subjects.Methods: This experiment selected 40 college students,among which there were 29 obese with their BMI not less than 28,the other 11 students were taken as the normal control group with their BMI not above 22.Body weight and BMI index were measured before and after moderate and intensity aerobic exercise in obese group.The levels of inflammatory factors(IL-1,IL-6,TNF-?,CRP)were measured in normal control group and obese people before and after the intervention.16 s r DNA sequencing was used to compare the structural composition and diversity of intestinal flora in control group and obese people before and after intervention.The normal control group received aerobic exercise intervention in obese subjects have the same time exercise before the measurement,recording the individual weight and BMI index;using ELISA method for the determination of inflammatory cytokines(IL-1?IL-6?TNF-??CRP)level change;the analysis of microflora composition and diversity the advantage of 16 S r DNA sequencing.Results: 1.After aerobic exercise intervention,we can see significant decrease in the body weight of obese patients and a slight decrease in BMI index.2.Compared with the control group,the levels of serum inflammatory cytokines like IL-1,IL-6,TNF-? and CRP increased significantly in obese subjects,and the levels of IL-1,IL-6,TNF-? and CRP in obese subjects decreased significantly after aerobic exercise intervention.3.Compared with the control group,obese individuals intestinal Acitinobacteia and Betaproteobaobaoteia significantly decreased;Acitinobacteia,Betaproteobaobaoteia,Erysipelotrichi,Verrucomicrobiae,Gammaproteobacteia and Epsilon proteobacteia decreased significantly.4.The shannon index of intestinal flora increased significantly and the diversity of intestinal flora increased after aerobic exercise intervention.5.The correlation analysis showed that there was a certain correlation between intestinal flora and serum inflammatory factors and this correlation is negative.Conclusions: 1.Compared with the normal control group,the species abundance,diversity and complexity of intestinal flora in obese individuals were decreased,and the level of serum inflammatory factor(IL-1-IL-6 / CRP-TNF-a)was increased.2.after 8 weeks aerobic exercise intervention,the body weight and body index of obese group were decreased,but there was no significant difference.Compared with the normal control group,the serum levels of inflammatory factors in obese subjects were significantly increased,and those in obese subjects were significantly decreased compared with those before aerobic exercise intervention.The results suggest that 8 weeks aerobic exercise intervention can effectively reduce the inflammatory response.3.8 weeks aerobic exercise intervention could significantly enhance the beneficial composition of bacteria in obese subjects,and decrease the components of flora with negative effect on body health.It is suggested that the improvement of body phenotype of obese subjects by aerobic exercise is closely related to the effective regulation of the composition of its flora.4.After the intervention of aerobic exercise for 4,8 weeks,the shannon index of intestinal flora increased significantly in obese group,suggesting that aerobic exercise could improve the shannon index of intestinal flora and increase the diversity of intestinal flora.5.Aerobic exercise can effectively reduce the inflammatory reaction,correct the imbalance of intestinal flora structure in obese people,and then improve the metabolism of the body,and finally play the role of changing the poor body phenotypic index.
