Physical fitness is the basis for all quality development,is alsothe prerequisite of rejuvenation of the Chinese nation’s dream; the school sports is animportant means to enhance the physical fitness of students, promoting the students’physical and mental health; Primary school physical education is the beginning ofchildren receiving physical exercise and sports and health information; is the basis ofPhysical Education. Primary school physical education teachers is the forerunner tothe school sports work, is also the shaper of the entire student body fitness;Therefore, Primary physical education is an essential foundation for thecomprehensive development of Chinese nation’s quality-oriented education. Thequality of physical education and health curriculum in primary schools is determinedby the PE teachers ’ professional qualities and attitudes; however, the critical factoraffecting the attitude of PE teachers is job satisfaction. Job satisfaction determineswork attitude of PE teachers, this requires increasing primary school PE teacher’swork satisfaction, especially in a variety of conditions restricting the westernmountains To a certain extent, communication can influence teachers ’ work attitudesand psychological changes; as a whole, Communication on Teachers’ job satisfactioncan affect and influence the teaching effect.This study, based on literature, interviews, questionnaire, statistical methods,conducts a sample survey on100rural primary school PE teachers coming fromBaoshan City, Yunnan Province. Content in this Survey is the communicationsatisfaction and job satisfaction.The data in this questionnaire survey conductedreliability analysis, descriptive statistics, T test and regression analysis by theSPSS19.0software,to the rural primary school PE teachers’ job satisfaction.Research shows:Overall job satisfaction and communication satisfactionoverall and its various dimensions and their significant correlation coefficientbetween the various dimensions and levels. Different age, marital status, length ofseniority and level of title have a different influence on job satisfaction andcommunication satisfaction of rural primary school PE teachers. The Baoshan PEteachers in rural primary schools are in the middle level of job satisfaction. PEteachers in rural primary school aged31to40years have a highest satisfaction; Jobsatisfaction of Rural primary school PE married teachers are obviously higher than the unmarried teachers. The shorter length of teaching elementary school physicaleducation teachers have, the lower job satisfaction. The lower level of title the ruralschool physical education teachers have, the lower job satisfaction. Further analysisfound that job satisfaction, job pay, benefits and scheduling system in the threedimensions have the lowest score. However, communication satisfaction,communication atmosphere, superior communication and organizational integrationis the main way affecting job satisfaction.Thus it can be seen: System ofremuneration, benefits, and working time arrangements, communication atmosphere,superior communication and communication between organizations to integratethese aspects are worthy of focusing on by leadership and management.Communication satisfaction of PE teachers in rural primary schools can be used topredict their job satisfaction.Therefore,in view of the limited infrastructure and working conditions,Managers and leaders in the rural primary school should focus on rural primaryschools PE teachers of communication satisfaction, improve communicationatmosphere of rural primary school campus; Thus raising the primary schoolteachers ’ job satisfaction, Enhancing primary school PE teacher’s enthusiasm andinitiative, making physical education teachers in primary schools on a qualityclassroom instruction and extracurricular activities more accountable, To lay a solidfoundation on Training Primary school students lifelong sports consciousness,Developing the habit of regular physical activity, Mastering one or two lifelongexercise skill.
