The study of teacher's job satisfaction is an important matter in the investigation of teacher management. It is helpful in understanding the professional attitude, working passion, and working enthusiasm of teachers to probe into the job satisfaction, which have direct effect on education quality. At the same time, the job satisfaction is an important effective factor for a teacher's professional mature degree and the psychology health. Therefore there is very important significance to study the teacher's job satisfaction.The questionnaire used in the investigation were compiled based on the theory of need level, the theory of double factors and the theory of social comparison The measurement of teachers job satisfaction in this study include the questionnaire of teacher job satisfaction, measure table of examination pressure, the questionnaire of professional reputation. The questionnaire is tested, its reliability and validity are according with request of educational test. By using stratified random sampling methods, this study surveyed the job satisfaction of rural primary school teachers in Jinn area.By data processing and analysis using spss10.0, using sex, age, length of service, educational level and the title of a technical post as independent variable, the job satisfaction status, job stress, job consult status and diversity of teachers that have different individual background were discussed. Aimed at the teacher's job satisfaction status, countermeasures in teacher management were proposed to provide educational administrators and school leader's useful references in decision-making.Investigation revealed that:1 Teachers job satisfaction in income and development aspects was lower, and it is higher in teaching factors, colleague factors, leader factors, holistic aspect and promotion factors are basic satisfaction.2 Teachers job satisfaction difference between men and women only in holistic aspect is distinct; women teacher's job satisfaction is higher than men teacher's job satisfaction.3 Job satisfaction difference among age segment is not distinct, satisfaction of material factor aspect reduced as age increased, satisfaction of holistic factors aspect increased as age increased. At the age of 30-40 and 50-60, rural primary teacher's satisfaction in promotionaspect is lower.4 Teachers of higher title of technical post is higher in job satisfaction than that of teachers of lower title, the job satisfaction of teachers of No 1 title of technical post are lower than other title of technical teachers except in teaching and development aspects. The difference of job satisfaction among teachers of different title of technical is not distinct.5 The job satisfaction of teachers with educational level lower than technical secondary school is lower in leading aspect. Teachers with educational level of junior college are lower in promotion aspect. The difference of job satisfaction in income, colleague aspect among different educational level is distinct.6 Job satisfaction of teachers with length of service less than 5 years and 20-30 years are satisfactory at large in promotion aspect, others are lower in promotion aspect. In holistic aspect the teacher's job satisfaction increases as length of service increase. The difference among teachers with different length of service is not distinct.7 Rural primary school teachers enduring working stress bring about by examinations at large, difference of work stress among different age, sex, title of technical, educational level, length of service background is not distinct.8 Compared with his (her) intimately relatives, primary school teachers are lower in professional status than yokefellow, classmates, brothers, but is higher than his parents, sisters.In investigation, one of the most violent problems is the default of teacher's wage, another is the pressing demand of teaching equipment.
