In recent years, along with our country economy develop, our countrygrows with each passing day in the overall strength of the impact, and alsoput forward higher requirements for training of personnel. Society is inneed of more comprehensive knowledge, high quality talents with innovationability, development ability, ability of social adaptation, and highquality to achieve the goal of personnel training, changing the teachingidea needs to update teaching content and teaching method reform, timelyto advanced teaching concept and modern education technology into teachingpractice. In order to reform the teaching method of physical educationfurther, improve the quality of teaching, in this study, set aerobicsteaching as an example, the achievements of teaching reform in MUDANJIANGNORMAL UNIVERSITY as a guide, to continue exploring the implementationeffect of discussion teaching method in sports teaching.In this study, inquiry teaching in calisthenics teaching as theresearch object, using the method of literature, questionnaire, expertinterviews, teaching experiment, mathematical statistics and otherresearch methods, through the experimental data to verify the inquiryteaching method of Aerobics skills, improve the overall quality and createa harmonious teaching atmosphere has a significant effect. The technologyprovides the basis for the reform of aerobics teaching methods, in orderto explore the teaching method of discussion to provide theoretical basisfor implementation and promotion in other sports technology course.Through the teaching experiment, all the data obtained were analyzed,results showed that:1, in the aerobics teaching in the implementation of inquiry teachingmethod of discussion teaching effect can be improved effectively.2, in the aerobics teaching in the implementation of inquiry discussion teaching method can improve students’ aerobics skills. The students inthe experimental group and control group students’ aerobics skills thereis a significant difference between the students in the experimental group,the right action fluency, music rhythm, expressive, creative abilityscores significantly better than the control group.3, in the aerobics teaching in the implement research discussion teachingmethod can improve the comprehensive quality of students. In the aerobicscourse in implementing inquiry teaching method of discussion is beneficialto change the students’ learning attitude, improve the ability to solveproblems and innovation ability of students, enhance the inquiryconsciousness of students increase the confidence of students, cultivateteam spirit of students.4, in the aerobics teaching in the implementation of inquiry discussionteaching method can improve students learning aerobics interest level. Theexperimental group and the control group students’ in Aerobics learninginterest level have significant difference; the experimental group wassignificantly higher than that of the control group.5, the implementation of inquiry technology in aerobics teachingdiscussion teaching method has positive effect on Constructing HarmoniousTeaching atmosphere. The experimental group students are willing tocommunicate with others, easy to produce the harmonious interpersonalrelationship among students, between teachers and students, studentscommunicate more friendly, more strong learning desire.
