In the knowledge-economy epoch, the society has more and more high expectations for talents, the most important one of which is that talents could have very strong subject consciousness and very high subject ability and possess intense independence, dynamic role and creativity, it is important property of modern educational theory that attention to the human being's subjectivity,It is the essential factor to adapting to fast social development and innovation. Working on the research and practice of the entity theory in the teaching field of sports, is that physical training should be accordance with the times development, and it is also the necessary requirement of carrying out the theory of "quality-oriented education," "healthy first" and "lifetime sports"in sport education. Subjective education means that teachers offer democratized, harmonious, loose teaching situation and organize various teaching activities on purpose by thought leading and inspiring students and inherent activity. So that students can be trained into the subject who research and practice independently creatively. By means of the following methods, such as documentary and data, visit and conversation, teaching experiment, mathematical statistics, logical and systematical ways and so on, and according to theories of education upon subjectivity, combining to the traits of RE technology teaching, drawing lessons from the splendid achievements of modern teaching theories, aiming at the weakness of traditional teaching, this paper carries out experiments and researches in order to probe a method system superior to traditional one. In the technological lesson of the track and field, the teacher performs its initiative to form his own the conception of teaching value, teaching ability, teaching skill and teaching method. On the base of mastering teaching online and course plan, familiarizing itself with students and possessing a certain teaching skill to foster students' subjective sense thought teaching activity, to make students' participate the whole teaching course thought forming democratic and harmonious air of class, and to improve students' practical ability by group teaching, cooperative learning, respecting difference and setting up rational teaching goal. Once the teaching theory of entity is applied to the technological lesson teaching of the track and field, and it can help to improve students practice ability, contribute to training students' cooperation spirit, innovative consciousness, collectivism idea and democratic consciousness and restraint quality by oneself. Through the teaching experiment, it has been proved that theories and methods of subjectivity is feasible and effective and is good for fostering students' cooperation spirit, innovative idea and for improving the teaching quality and teaching effect. As a kind of new teaching theory, the basic concept of subjectivity teaching and method system will have a positive and far-reaching impact on technological lesson teaching of P.E.
