The new round curriculum reform emphasizes the subject position of students in the classroom, and let students actively participate in classroom.In recent years, a gradual rise in the domestic and foreign flipping classroom teaching model fits with these characteristics. As its name, the flipping classroom flipped two stages in the traditional classroom which student accepting knowledge transfer and internalization. It breaks the traditional teaching mode, and injects new vitality to the educational reform. In the flipping classroom, the autonomy and the interaction of students has been greatly improved, this kind of " learning before teaching " mode of teaching is very popular with students.How to as the flipped classroom teaching mode of philosophy a guide, based on the actual teaching content to teaching design, scientific and reasonable arrangement of teaching activities to realize the meaning of the flipping, has become the main problem in the flipped classroom researching.Based on the related research at home and abroad on the flipped classroom teaching mode and teaching design, this paper expounds the essence and connotation of flipped classroom teaching mode and its characteristic significance, to reveal the essence of the flipped classroom efficiency, and the related theories of instructional design are introduced which including the meaning of instructional design and theoretical basis. The first part of instructional is the analysis of instructional design for function application, including the analysis of situation analysis and teaching contents, and then determine the teaching goal and the teaching system design, based on those, two cases of instructional design is given. Teaching practice research part mainly through practical classroom teaching turn classroom flipped case to make, supplemented by the teachers and students of the questionnaire and the interview as a supplement. Finally, based on the teaching practice research results are summarized and reflection. By studying, students generally have to flip the mode of classroom teaching conditions and to flipped classroom teaching model also showed a great interest in, it is obvious to improve the flipped classroom for learning efficiency.
