In1990’s,the EQ teaching theories has developed from the United States,and it has produced important influence to the elementary education in China.The educational circles in China try to use the EQ teaching theories to break through the tie of traditional education,and then put the EQ teaching theories into the teaching practice.The EQ teaching theories also influenced the create process of the concept of new curriculum reform and the idea of new education.As an important course,the ideological and political education course assume an important task which cultivating the idea of socialist core value system for the middle school students.Teacher conscious the EQ teaching in the teaching process is an important way to guide the students to set up the correct outlook on life and the values.In middle school,how to use the EQ teaching theories in the ideological and political education course should be a further research.This paper focus on the EQ teaching theories and practice,analysis the feature of the EQ training in the ideological and political education course in middle school,and try to seek out the suit point between EQ training and the teaching of ideological and political education course in middle school.This paper is made of four parts:The first part is introduction, mainly illustrates the selected topic background and significance of topics, illustrates the current high-tech, high efficiency, high competition under the background of the middle school students’ EQ cultivation, is conducive to the change of the school moral education faces, is advantageous to the teachers by affection education to the student emotion should play the role of education, there is good for students to form good moral psychological structure. In addition, this part is the study of emotional intelligence education both at home and abroad were summarized, the research contents and research methods of this paper, points out the innovations and shortcomings of this article.The second part discusses the middle school students’ EQ cultivation and its necessity, first described the status quo of the current domestic EQ education, made definition for the concept of emotional intelligence, and discusses the deficiency of the current domestic middle school students’ emotional intelligence education. Second, specifically discusses the necessity of the cultivation of students’ EQ from the current middle school students lack of emotional intelligence, the middle school teaching to culture the students’emotional intelligence, emotional intelligence training is very important to improve the students’ personality, middle school thought political lesson teaching content and the emotional intelligence training is directly related to the four angles expounds the necessity for middle school students’EQ cultivation.The third part specifically discusses the current middle school thought political lesson teaching in the process of the problems existing in the EQ cultivation, namely, teaching class hour quantity is not assured, backward old teaching methods, teaching utilitarian tendency, part of the teaching material content and students’ actual disconnect, and analyzed the reason from the Angle of the two, namely "exam-oriented education" thought and the influence of teacher evaluation mechanism is not reasonable.On emotional intelligence training in current middle school thought political lesson teaching process, paper, the fourth part gives the countermeasures and Suggestions put forward in the process of middle school thought political lesson teaching, teachers should focus on the process of dialogue between teachers and students, must be good at using teaching material, to be reasonable establishment situation and the countermeasures.
