IRural education has been a hot topic we paid close attention to in recent years, especially the fundamental problem of rural education is the priority among priorities, because the rural and city economic development level of significant imbalances in the educational resources also has the very big difference. The relationship between regional economic and cultural development of the primary and secondary education level of development is very uneven, the city has more and more parents have recognized the effect of music education from the heart of hearts, they may be out of children’s musical skills, reason and perhaps after taking into account the rise school points factor and so on children’s early music education, accept professional musical instruments or singing guidance. While under the examination oriented education in the vast rural pressure, music education in the position of students, teachers, parents eyes looks a bit awkward, even more remote mountain. Therefore, understanding and comprehensive grasp the essence of quality education is the premise, the gap between urban and rural areas is the condition, tightening to enhance the management level is the key, positive efforts in music teaching reform is a turn for the better, improve quality of music teachers is the center of gravity. We must make full use of educational resources to pull the city of rural music education development the effective way, based on the Yanan Wu Qi county middle school as an example to investigate the present situation of music education in rural middle school, on the investigation of the problems were discussed and according to their own teaching experience to put forward solutions or constructive suggestion.The article is divided into four chapters:the first chapter, introduction.
