Network swept the open class in the country has a positive impact on the thinking of college students, more and more students will use their leisure time to watch programs on their own interest. In recent years, the impact of network open class in primary and secondary education and the role of socio-cultural popularity is gradually becoming prominent. Network open class education so that means more Plus rich, but also to reflect some of the shortcomings of the traditional teaching model exist. There is a problem that the current secondary education while using the network open class can solve some of these problems, the network used in open class classroom teaching can make to become more autonomous, more efficient.In this paper, the high school students to take the questionnaire, statistical analysis, research methods of experimental methods to inspect. Authors prepared a "chemical network using open class status quo" questionnaire, two high school students with are presentative of the school to investigate there turned questionnaires were analyzed. Survey results showed that:High school students to understand the extent of the network is relatively high open class, open class watching a video lesson for students to understand the network of major public way. In using the network open class, many students use less clear purpose, most of the students watch open class is being "elite course" to attract, and teachers rarely take advantage of the resources of the network open class aided teaching, the author believes teachers can improve their teaching based on the many advantages of the network open class, making basic education truly student growth and success as the goal. According to the survey results followed the completion of two different instructional design, one is currently used ordinary instructional design, the other is using the network open class instructional design, instructional design two kinds of classes conducted in two parallel trials, after the test using the evaluation scale effect on the process of teaching and teaching evaluation and draw conclusions. The results show rating scale used in open class teaching network will improve student motivation and promote teaching effectiveness, but also in the teaching process to fully reflect the ability of independent learning, so that students have a better knowledge and deeper understanding memory.Through the study of the effectiveness of the network open class, open class can fully display the network in an active role in teaching high school, teachers and students can use as a data network open class, while the teacher can also be used as a classroom network open class an effective teaching tool.
