In recent years, with the rapid development of information technology, education concept has changed, more and more researchers began to focus on lifelong learning. After the emergence of network video open class with a new form of online education resources, rich learning content and flexible learning time features to meet the college students and some community demand for learning. How to use these resources? This is urgently needed to know. Therefore, in order to further promote the sustainable development of video open class, this study "The Research of Present Situation and Countermeasure about College students use the Network video open class " the title of the current use the network video open class situation, problems and influence factors and other aspects of the research.According to the results of statistical analysis,The current situation of college students use of network video open class main problems reflected in the following points:(1) know not high. This not only made helpful suggestions for building open education resources our country, but also provide effective reference for improving the effect of College Students.
