Curriculum leadership is a new idea of curriculum management under the guidance of multi-level form of activity. According to the requirement of the three-level curriculum management system, our country’s curriculum leadership is divided into three levels, they are the national curriculum leadership, local curriculum leadership and school curriculum leadership. Each level of curriculum leadership plays different roles and assumes different responsibilities. However, in the process of curriculum practice, school curriculum leadership is the most important, for it determines whether the national curriculum and local curriculum leadership implement effectively. And school curriculum leadership is not only the key factor that influence the national and local curriculum leadership play a role in school, but also is one of the important factors that impact curriculum reform carries on smoothly. This research explores the curriculum leadership is the curriculum leadership of school level.Curriculum leadership is based on the theory of curriculum, and absorb the essence of leadership theory. Instead of the traditional curriculum management mode that stress monitor and order, it advocate the humanistic management concept and multiple main body participation, emphasizing master consciousness of the participants, and pay attention to the individual value. In addition, curriculum leadership advocate to establish a team that is democratic, open and cooperative. But when put school curriculum leadership into practice, every body who takes party in school curriculum leadership has so many problems, such as, some of them couldn’t understand what is curriculum leadship, many didn’t have the right to participate in curriculum leadership, participants is single, school curriculum culture "fault" and so on. These problems not only go against the purport of new curriculum reform, also influence the effective implementation of the course and the development, so it is worth to be explored by education researchers. This is also the purpose of this study.This study reviews some related documments, summarize and analyzed some theory about school curriculum leadership, and collected relevant data through the method of questionnaire survey. And then acquire the present situation about them when took part in the school curriculum leadership,"they" refer to principals, teachers, curriculum specialists, students, parents, community members and other stakeholders about school curriculum. Meanwhile, reflect the reasons and put forward the integration strategy, which is to set up the school curriculum leadership community that participate is multiple. May contribute meager power to the development of curriculum leadership.This study consists of the preface and five chapters. The introduction part introduces the study of the origin, research status, research ideas and methods, the research significance. The first chapter introduce several key concepts, they are curriculum leadership, curriculum leadership community, and distinguish leadership and management, curriculum leadership and curriculum management, curriculum leadership and teaching leadership. In the second chapter, explore the new develop trend of school curriculum leadership. Combing and analysis foreign and Chinese school curriculum leadership model, it is concluded that the further development trend is to establish the school curriculum leadership community that participate is multiple. In the third chapter summary the present situation through the method of questionnaire survey, and analyses the current situation of school curriculum leadership community from four aspects which is concept, technology, resourcesand and culture,and analyses the reason why this situation appear. In the fourth chapter, summarize the above problems and put forward some advice to improve the school curriculum leadership, for example, deepen the understanding of curriculum leadership, awaken every participator’s course and encourge them to take in school curriculum leadership, improve the quality and ability of school curriculum leadership subject, giving everybody the right and take responsibility; build the school curriculum leadership community that participate is multiple, provide every subject with conditions, build a learning school culture, and create a nice atmosphere of participate in the school curriculum leadership.
