Except the professional knowledge&skills, building correct belief is critical for a qualified teacher, or for those who is growing to be an excellent teacher. Teacher’s belief of education drives the teachers keep devoting themselves into the career, holding on for continuous devotion, cultivates peaceful feelings, finally fulfill their enthusiasm&loyalty to their professional career. With that being said, teacher’s belief of education is recogniGed as the important content of a teacher’s career development, an integral part of teacher’s professional structure, a key factor of teacher’s career development.The stage of Preschool education is the foundation of other education stages, preschool teacher is the main subject in the practice, their belief, the concept they have, regarding on the education, courses, children, teacher’s role and the relationship of them, will affect their behaviors, performance and their students development. However, under the invasion of bad society environment and exam-oriented education trend, preschool teacher’s belief is facing severe tests. Currently, the most urgent assignment is helping teachers build up the correct belief, which should be children oriented and with humanistic care.This research firstly using philosophy、psychology、cultural ecology theory perspective to observe&analyGe teacher’s belief, trying to provide a theoretically guidance on the forming and developing of teacher’s belief, also become the theoretical foundation of the analysis within this research. Secondly, preschool teachers’ belief is hidden inside their education behaviors and value orientation, so this research takes advantage of narrative analysis method, step inside the real life of a kindergarten teacher, listen his stories, observe the on-going classes, experience his daily life, and finally summariGe this teacher, G’s belief in education career, which is, education notion-the best education is leaving no sign of being educated on children; perspective on children-just want to give justice to children; perspective on teaching-to be the best of me; perspective on classes-my daily life is the class.By sorting out teacher G’s belief, taking his growing up history into consideration, in this research, come to a conclusion on the factors that influence his belief in education:Personal life experience influences the belief of education: 1. The faith in life supports the teacher’s belief of education;2. Personality brings a more unique&personaliGed belief;3. Teacher’s belief in education lives in the kindergarten cultural gaps.4. The culture, one individual accepted, influences the belief.Gadamer explanation method exists across the entire research, explain others is understanding myself, the last part "I am in the mirror" is the most intuitionistic explanation for this.
