The regular education is an important content of preschool education,not only for teacher's teaching but also for the management of the class,and it lays a good habit foundation for the development of a child's life.Especially in small classes,young children are at the beginning and critical stage of learning and forming routines,it is more important to implement the regular education,which conforms to the law of mind and body.But in actual,the researchers find that teachers always for the adult perspective,for management,implemented the regular education,shortage of thinking the value of children.This study uses the method of narrative research,choose one small class which named S,for the teacher's regular education have a three month of systematic observation and interviews,search more about the awareness and implementation of education by the guards.For search of the life,study and play in actual,based on the child's perspective,use Scientific humanistic education and Education of ecology as guide,analyzed the implementation of the normal education.discovered that teachers had some problem to change well,includes consistent,weight management and light education,weight control,difficult to put yourself in others,handle the problem in a single way and content is not reasonable.For these problems,we put forward to children first,then use Scientific humanistic education and Education of ecology as guide,note the recommendation of the regular education;focus on child development suitability,avoid unnecessary education content,stick to the scientific advice of education,emphasis on child participation and initiative;use role models,encourage,use games to teach and praise more;attaches great importance to developing,to establish the regular education evaluation of the harmonious development of young children,the diversity of the evaluators and silent evaluation for advice,provide reference for the improvement of the teachers' regular education.
