Universities of our country persist in "morality foremost, sets up Germany to foster talent" as the education policy and training objectives. Party and State is also continuing to highlight and strengthen it, and the development of University students’overall quality has become increasingly attracted everyone’s attention. With the deeper reform of China’s higher education system, the requirement is changing, for both society on talent’s fostering and college students on their own development, the daily ideological and political education. As the main field of strengthening and improving the education for college students on ideology and politics, it shows more and more important.For a long time, the daily ideological and political education is still in the traditional evaluation system and operation mode. But with the development of science, technology and economic, evaluation of traditional daily ideological and political education also shows many disadvantages, such as, the standard is lack of scientific and pertinence; the methods and forms are too simple; the application is not treated seriously enough. Currently, based on the fully learnning the advanced experience and modern management and exploring the evaluation of daily ideological and political education for college students, constructing a system for its evaluation and application, which could provide a better standard and model of operation, matches the society better is an important issue now.This article reviews fully on the performance management of China and overseas and also the situation of daily ideological and political education in China referring to document and research of current society. It analyses and specifies the disadvantages of traditional ideological and political education on performance evaluation, also comments on the meaning and function of evaluation for daily ideological and political education of college students. It analyses the connotation of KPI of daily ideological and political education, divides Balanced Scorecard (BSC) the daily education of ideology and politics into four dimensions by the method of BSC (Balance Score Card), based on which it constructs KPI system for the ideological and political education of college students, uses AHP to determine the weight of each index, and explores the operation model of daily education of ideology and politics for college students based on the system of performance evaluation. It mainly contains four parts, performance plan, performance implementation, performance appraisal, performance feedback.The innovation of this article is the application of theory of performance management on the research of the system of evaluation for college students’daily education of Ideology and politics. The system of index for evaluation of the daily education of Ideology and politics for college students, which meets the characteristics of the times, is preliminarily constructed.
