The Education in Ideology and Politics is a constantly discussed problem. In recent years, the Education in Ideology and Politics has got a lot achievement in China. However, it should not be ignored that the gap of the Education in Ideology and Politics exist. Theorists of social interaction insist that if you keep the Education in Ideology and Politics away from interactive, educational effect is undoubtedly low. and perhaps even brings antagonistic phenomenon, the Education in Ideology work is to contact the social reality and the students ’practical, thus forming a good fit for students’ physical and mental characteristics interactive scene, the only way to meet the developmental needs and the development of comprehensive freedom. Therefore, based on the perspective of social interaction, investiquating how to improve the effectiveness of the Ideological and Political Education work has a positive meaning.This article is divided into four parts:First of all, I will introduce the Education in Ideology and Politics theory, including the meaning of the Education in Ideology and Politics, evaluation criteria, and development trends. The Education in Ideology and Politics is an important criterion for evaluation of the Education in Ideology and Politics.Secondly, I will introduce social interaction phenomena and the mainstream thought in social interaction theory, including Symbolic Interaction Theory, Social Role Theory, Reference Group Theory, and discuss the useful insights of the Theory of Social Interaction on the effective of the Education in Ideology and Politics work.Again, I will analyze the cause of shortcoming in the effectiveness of the Education in Ideology and Politics. I have accounted that the inadequate interaction and error interaction cause the lack effective of the Education in Ideology and Politics work.Finally, from the perspective of the Social Interaction Theory, it is proposed to enhance the path of improving the effectiveness of the Education in Ideology and Politics. First, apply social interaction theory to optimizing the "two courses". We should construct high-quality team of teachers, concern about the employment needs of the students, establish the formation of an open interactive teaching mechanism. Second, apply Symbolic Interaction Theory to strengthening education information transfer. Using various symbol systems Comprehensivly, we can promote the awareness of equal interaction in both teaching intersubjective and create a good communication atmosphere. Third, with the reference to the Social Role Theory, we should guide students to understanding of social roles correctly. We must paying attention to guiding students to a correct view of the changes in social roles and make use of role expectations theory, the role of learning theory and role-playing conflict theory. Fourth, we should learn from the reference to group theory and guide students to a correct choice of the reference group. We had better pay attention to the construction of formal groups, guide informal groups and make the advanced exemplary play a role.
