A Study On Efficiency Of Ideology And Politics Education With Senior Professional Students

With gradual adjustment of our higher education structure and upgrading level of vocational education, higher technical education is becoming more and more important in the whole educational system, which is decided by the requirements for technical talents of our society. Effective work for ideology and politics with senior professional students is the guarantee of realizing the target in cultivating senior technical talents and applied talents with excellent skills and qualities. However, complex social environment at present places profound influence on the effectiveness of Education for Ideology and Politics; traditional ways of Ideology and Politics Education is vary different from the modern ones, which make Ideology and Politics Education with senior professional students under the supposed standard. This paper focus on the Effectiveness on ways of Ideology and Politics Education with senior professional students, in the hope of providing theoretical guidance for pedagogues in this field, improving the effectiveness of Ideology and Politics Education ways in order to strengthen the substantial results of education.This paper analyzes the main problems in ideology and politics education , the thinking condition of students in higher technical colleges and the cause of ineffective ways in ideology and politics education systematically on the basis of the characteristics of higher technical colleges and students in those, by the way of research and investigation; explores the corresponding strategies in improving the effectiveness of ways of ideology and politics education, in which we should stick to the combination of ideology and politics education and vocational education, educational ways should obey the subject,content environment purpose and guiding ideology of education. In order to improve the effectiveness of ideology and politics education, we should insist on combining the scientism with humanism, tradition with modernism, life-practice basic principle; meanwhile, we should deal with the combination of indoctrinization with introductory one; voluntary learning with dependant one; recessive education with apparent one; dynamic education with static one; critical mechanism with stimulate one; centralized education with dispersive one. The above doings can provide theoretical and practical reference for the improvement of Ideology and Politics Education with senior professional students.
