| Teaching behavior is the teacher in the teaching process, the teaching ideaand the professional knowledge and skills and so on, in the specific teachingsituation out of the way. In this study, by using classroom observation scale as theresearch tool, the research object is teaching behavior in classroom39youngteachers to participate in the eighth session of the Yunnan Normal Universityyoung teacher classroom teaching competition. The main method of research is byobserving the classroom teaching video game and on the part of teachers’interviews, in order to get the information of the following aspects: firstly, currentsituation of Yunnan Normal University young teacher classroom instructionbehavior. Secondly, compare the difference about teaching behaviors, gender,disciplines, title in the youth teachers. Thirdly, analyze the influencing factors ofuniversity young teachers’ classroom teaching behavior.This study reached the following conclusions: Yunnan Normal Universityyoung teachers use teaching behavior is the most "teaching";"the teacher askedthe students to answer" is the university young teachers teaching behavior more;university young teachers classroom more often use the "blackboard" teachingbehavior;"video audio" classroom teaching behavior frequency is not very high;university young teachers pay little attention to "discuss" and other activities inthe classroom. The main influencing factors of university young teachers’classroom teaching behavior: the teachers’ teaching ideas; curriculum; thelearning needs of students; the school quality evaluation mechanism. This studyfurther found that, for young Teachers of Yunnan Normal University has someoutstanding features: knowledge is more abundant, education informationtechnology integrated high quality, to some extent on the classroom questioning.But at the same time, their classroom behaviors also exist some problems: firstly,the behavior of more traditional; secondly, the interaction between teachers andstudents become a mere formality; thirdly, students are lack of subjectivity.The end of the study is about the university young teachers classroomteaching evaluation standard, thinking and improve university young teachersclassroom teaching behavior. |
