In recent years, with the rapid expansion of university enrollment scale, many universities introduce a large number of young teachers to front-line in order to solve the shortage of qualified teachers bottlenecks. These young teachers become the important component of teachers' team rapidly. On the one hand, young teachers assume a lot of new course teaching tasks, huge workloads, its tired feeling is stronger than the other age levels of teachers. On the other hand, the society put forward higher request to the quality of new education and the external requirement is transformed into the inherent requirement. Many universities increased to teacher's index evaluation in order to satisfy the need of improving teaching quality and this leads to the increase of teachers group burnout. For the lack of teaching experience, the effects of influencing self work behavior of young teachers is weaker and they feel burnout more stronger. Therefore, understanding the influence factors of young teachers'occupational tiredness, from aspects of the corresponding organization aid program and management measures for young university teachers, not only reasonable decompression for the healthy growth of young teachers, but also the sustainable development of the school based guarantee. It has important practical significance.Based on psychology, behavioral economics, the justice theory and incentive theory as the guide, earnestly summarizes the domestic and foreign relevant research results, this article studies the job burnout of domestic ordinary young college teachers. First, in the full resorption related theory research, this article through questionnaire based on the design and job burnout scale revision in order to understand the status of young teachers' occupational tiredness. Secondly, according to the school history, education level and managerial condition selected for the standard, young teachers of six representative colleges are chosen to answer the questionnaire and this article analyses the job burnout status of young teachers based on questionnaire's data. Again, with related research for support, select individual factors and organizational factors to explain the variables, job burnout for results, this article puts forward relevant theoretical assumptions variables and through the statistical analysis and econometric model related theory assumes that inspection. Fourth, based on the research results, this article puts forward the premise condition for individuals and organizations intervention measures.
