| Ideological and political education is a priority for the higher education teaching,students become inseparable from the growth of ideological and political education. The core of the ideal education work of colleges and universities is the student to set upthe basis of good world outlook, the outlook on life and values. With the influx of western culture, some western decadent lifestyle and values for college students is filledwith students’ study and life, college students appear fuzzy ideal and faith, values distorted phenomenon. And the school ideal education exist many problems. Accordingto these phenomena, strengthening the reform in colleges and universities of idealeducation is particularly important. At first, in this paper, in the Qujing normaluniversity，the ideal education questionnaire survey was conducted among320students. The survey covers the students’ awareness of the ideal education, teachingcontents, methods and results of the ideological and political theory courses, theteachers’ team construction, the content, methods and results of the ideal educationpractice, and the importance of the ideal education in colleges. Secondly, take theinterview of3teachers who are the teacher of the Ideological and political theorycourses,1teacher of the student organizers, and1leader who is in charge of thestudents. It interviewed the situation of the Ideological and political theory courses,the activities of the students, and the management of the college. According to thesurvey and interview ‘s results together with the present situation of ideal education incommon colleges and universities in our country put forward the problems currentlyexisting in ideal education, analyze the causes of problems, and put forward a seriesof reform methods to solve these problems. The reform include the ideological andpolitical theory course reform, the teachers team construction reform, the ideal ofeducation practice and campus cultural construction, the school management reform. |
