The State takes the compulsory education, not only pay attention to the growthof the quantity, but also pay more attention to enhance the quality, the overall level ofChina’s compulsory education up to a new level. However, the so-called "goodteachers, good education, so" national construction of teacher team also put a lot ofenergy and resources, but also through the promulgation and implementation ofeducation laws and regulations to promote a series of, the construction of Teachers, soas to achieve the purpose of promoting the development of education. But from theperspective of the living conditions of teachers to pay attention to the teacher,research on promoting the construction of teachers is relatively small, This studyselected the Ninglang Yi Autonomous County of Lijiang city as research, selects5teachers of compulsory education as a case study, the integrated use of sociology,anthropology, pedagogy literature method, survey method and other research methods,the living conditions of teachers, social status, occupation intention of training, salarytreatment, pressure, environment as the research content, the theory of humanism, lifeeducation idea as the instruction, respectively, analyzes the reasons and puts forwardthe corresponding countermeasures from the social level, school level, teacher’s ownthree levels. The poor survival state at the present stage of National AutonomousCounty of compulsory education teacher, influence the quality of teachers andstability, is not conducive to the development of compulsory education in ethnicminority poverty-stricken areas, in addition to many realistic problems. Through theanalysis of National Autonomous County of compulsory education teachers’ survivalstatus at low level, social level: by the special historical social constraints, traditionalethnic culture, the national government to restrict teachers lack the life concern;schools: teachers management concepts backward, teaching equipment and otherhardware facilities, teachers lack training mechanism of a single teacher development;self: lack of awareness of self-respect, self management ability is poor, pressureregulating ability. To improve the situation of teacher’s survival advice, social level:clear education target, optimization of human existence and strengthen teacher funding, improve the teachers’ salary treatment, to improve the social environment, toseek more social support; school level: to improve the life of management concept,establish working and living environment, development evaluation mechanism ofteachers; teachers: society the self-care, improve the ability of self management,improve the capability of self-adjustment.
