Our nation is a unified and multinational country.Nowadays it has become an indispensable part that education bears the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Ethnic education is an important road to inherit national culture and also carrier on national rejuvenation.Since the founding of new China,our party and state has been attached great importance to it,and the steady development of all levels of ethnic school education established,which lay the foundations for developing Ethnic education.National education is the motivation that all the nationalities make concerted efforts,in a way,promoted the sustainable development of regional economy,culture and society.The investigation objects of the schools Zhenning Buyi and Miao autonomous country which combining "nation" this paper,linking education form and clarifying our concept of ethnic school education in China.This paper is based on the Ethnology and Pedagogy theories with Anthropology,Sociology and so on.The aim is to find out the problems of the development and the existing problems with Liuma Ethnic primary school,Biandanshan Ethnic primary school and kindergarten,ethnic boarding school,Ethnic Middle school in Zhenning.In recent years,with the rapid development of ethnic areas,there are more and more ethnic compatriots in ethnic schools.Also the party and government have further emphasized the importance of ethnic school education.It was found that the same model basically between the ethnic school education and the non-ethnic minority school schools by the research.There is no good model and distinctive ethnic characteristics for ethnic education result in the education level fall behind in developed areas.The invariable teaching mode makes many minority compatriots in some aspects fall behind the non-ethnic school fellow.According to their own national specialty culture,in the enrollment rateblindly under the impact of ethnic school education present situation of serious imbalance,it is not able to get effective inheritance and explore.As far as ethnic regions are concerned,the imperfect education environment,family education environment and social education environment in ethnic schools are the main factors to this imbalance.The educational environment is the decisive factor in educational outcomes.Therefore,this paper proposes measures to improve continuously the family education,school education,social environment and education environment countermeasures,and constantly strengthens the innovation of ethnic school innovation in educational philosophy,teaching staff,teaching equipment,curriculum and other aspects of development.The purpose is to effectively promote the exchange and blend of national culture among ethnic schools,to better protect and inherit national culture,to enhance the overall level of education in ethnic areas,to narrow the educational gap with developed areas,and form an educational environment of solidarity,mutual help,civilization and harmony.In short,Zhenning as the area which a ethnic backward of development and being the factors of developing ethnic school education.Then we should grasp the law of developing ethnic education,realizing the educational shortcomings in developing so that renew concept and adjust measures in order to better promote the balanced and stable development of ethnic school education,which speeds up the pace of building a well-to-do society at the same time in ethnic regions.
