With the rapid development of higher vocational education in China in recent years, how to establish and improve the teaching quality evaluation system to ensure the quality of teaching and improving teaching quality, becomes a major issue that our country’s higher vocational education is facing for at present.By reading a large number of references at home and abroad, the author found that, at present, there is very little research on teaching quality evaluation system for higher vocational colleges, while there exist many problems in teaching quality evaluation system established by them. Based on those types of teaching quality evaluation systems as the criteria for evaluating the teachers’ teaching quality, we not only fail to improve the quality of teaching, but also affect teachers’ teaching enthusiasm, as a result, we may run the opposite of the original intention of the system we have ever managed to establish. Based on this, combining with the status quo of the teaching quality evaluation in Shanwei Vocational Technical College, the article discussed the factors that affect teaching quality evaluation of higher vocational colleges in depth, and then analyzed the problems that exist in the teacher’s teaching quality evaluation of the current higher vocational colleges comprehensively. Moreover, the article took the status quo of the evaluation in Shanwei Vocational Technical College as the background, identifying the index of teaching quality evaluation system for higher vocational colleges through the literature and questionnaires; and eventually, based on some of system theories, such as Analytic Hierarchy Process and Multi-level Fuzzy-comprehensive Evaluation, and so on, we set up a set of scientific evaluation for teachers’ teaching quality, which fully presents the features of higher vocational colleges in our country.Finally, by using this evaluation system to evaluate one teacher’s class teaching quality, the data results show that the validity and practicability of the evaluation method.
