After studying Several Opinions of the State Council on the CurrentDevelopment of Preschool Education, I know the main task of kindergarten is theimplementation of the comprehensive development of physical, intellectual, moral,aesthetic education of children from3years to6years. Among them, physic is in thefirst place, which emphasized the importance of physical education in thedevelopment of early childhood. The main object of our school is pre-school teachers’training. Pre-school teachers’ behaviors have many characteristics and technicalrequirements, needing pre-employment training. Through the feedback of pre-schooleducation students both practicing and working, I find the P.E teaching skill trainingof students majoring in preschool education is little. The cause of this problem mainlyhas two aspects. One is the lack of attention on physical education teaching skills;another is that training mode of the preschool physical education needs to be furtherimproved.This paper mainly uses the literature material law, expert interview andquestionnaire to have an comparing experiment control study on40students whosemajor is pre-school teaching from Class3and Class4Grade11Honghe NationalitiesNormal School. I discussed the Microteaching from four aspects: present situation ofpre-school physical education in pre-school education institutions; function anddemand of pre-school physical education in pre-school education institutions; designand the implementation of pre-school physical Micro-teaching; empirical study onpre-school physical microteaching.Through14weeks’ micro-standard teaching skill training on40students inexperimental classes, I finally get the following conclusions:1. The ability of designing a teaching plan: Through microteaching training,most of the students’ abilities of teaching design had obviously improved. Beforetraining, they even didn’t know how to start a teaching design, but they can make a decent teaching design with their own thinking and innovation after training.2. Explaining technique and demonstration skills: The students of theexperimental classes said,“We get dare to give a lesson, and know how to do it".Their confidence of teaching had been enhanced greatly.3. Skills of controlling classroom: The implementation of this skill made thestudents learn the classroom teaching methods in dynamic teaching. So the studentscould make the teaching orderly.
