With support of the nation and the society, the preschool education in China hasbeen booming in recent twenty years. Especially with “the Outline Planning ofNational Long-term Education Reform and Development (2010-2020)"," CertainOpinions of the State Council on the Current Preschool Education Development " andother documents issued, the development of preschool education in China has entereda new period, and The promulgation of “the Professional Standard of KindergartenTeachers in2012(for Trial Implementation)" put forward higher and morecomprehensive demands on teachers’ professional qualities. At the same time, it alsobrings some new problems, especially the existence and the professional developmentof kindergarten teachers in private kindergartens and rural areas is one of the issues ofsocial concern. Therefore, research of the present existence and professionaldevelopment situation of kindergarten teachers, find out the existing problems, andpropose targeted suggestions, which have an important significance for theimprovement of the early childhood education quality and the development of earlychildhood education goal. This paper investigates the existence and professionalprofessional developmentprofessional developmentdevelopment of kindergartnerteachers in10different type and region of kindergartens in Jianshui County, analyzesthe status quo of structure and existence of the kindergartner teachers and theirproblems in professional development, and puts forward relevant countermeasuresand suggestions aiming at the existing problems. Research takes the methods ofquestionnaires, interviews, literature analysis and other methods. Starting from thecomparative analysis of the public, private kindergarten system to the perspective ofcounty, township, rural area in different regions, the aim of the research presents thestatus of kindergarten teachers in different types and regions of Jianshui County. Afterinvestigation and analysis, we find that the teachers of the two class three level ofkindergarten in Jianshui County have advantages on their youthful, their developedpotential and their capability of bearing hardships and standing hard work. At the same time, there are common problems in the kindergarten teachers as follow,a, a serious imbalance in sex ratio of.b, the working is too much intensity.c, they are qualified in the academic rate, but not enough in higher degree ofspecialization.d, the ability of scientific research requires to be improved, and the problem oflacking education ideas is urgent to be solved.In addition, from the perspective of the kindergarten system, some problems alsoexist in all levels of kindergarten teachers. For example, there are problems ofteachers’ irrational structure and a strong sense of occupation burnout in the publickindergartens; there are worries about the existence of teachers in the privatekindergartens, and so forth. Seeking from the origin, the reasons of these problemsare as follow,a, external support environment of teachers’ existence and professionaldevelopment is worried.b, the effectiveness of kindergarten culture and professional developmentactivities is not strong.c, the consciousness and ability of self professional development of preschoolteachers is not enough.Based on the above reasons, combining the two class and three level threekindergarten teachers in Jianshui County, the author puts forward the followingsuggestions, the government and the Education Department should build a platformto promote the existence and the professional development of kindergartner teachers;the kindergartners should formulate the prefect and feasible existence anddevelopment system to the teachers; and the teachers have to enhance the awarenessof self-development, set up a good awareness of lifelong learning.
