The vocational identity of secondary vocational students means that students recognize themselves as secondary vocational students and future professional roles,recognize the value of the profession,and make positive perception and positive evaluation on all aspects of the profession,and make positive preparations for the process.Secondary vocational school students' professional identity development is an important prerequisite for students' career development.Guiding secondary vocational school students' professional identity development is the basic requirement of secondary vocational school development.In view of the importance of vocational identity development for secondary vocational students in school,this study,on the basis of a certain theoretical basis,investigates the status of vocational identity development of secondary vocational students,and finds the urgency to guide the development of vocational identity of secondary vocational students.In order to find out the existing problems and analyze the reasons,the following three specific guidance strategies are put forward: one is to pay attention to the cultural atmosphere of promoting vocational identity development of secondary vocational students;the two is to improve the curriculum system to guide vocational identity development of secondary vocational students;and three is to improve the guidance system for supporting vocational identity development of secondary vocational students.Finally,the principles that should be followed when introducing specific strategies are put forward.
