This research is a case study of the development of a rural school organizationchanges in a town called Pai-Ying.This study commenced in school history level the thematic history research,mainly through the literature, oral history, historical analysis and other researchmethods.Based on aboundance of first-hand data, including oral history archive,official files, and so on.Pai-Ying junior middle school internal data.To build aminiature village schools organization change course, Painted a picture of thedevelopment of a rural school organization.This article is divided into five parts.The first part of introduction mainly fromresearch origin, case for site selection, research purpose and significance, researchstatus, concept definition, research methods and historical data collection to writing.The second part (chapter2-4), mainly for school organization development andchange in different historical periods. The third part, in view of the development andchange of school organization, analyze the causes from different angles, and getssome inspirations.Through historical study and fieldwork,the reseach has following four findings.First of all, The true education and the development of junior middle schoolorganization in Pai-Ying depend on times and space.Not only they are from historyand tradition, but also they are constrained by the reality of the external space. Underthe internal and external factors, political and social, economic and cultural context,the interaction of various factors, study of school organization development andchanges.Second, this study examples of a fresh charge of (the principal) to explore thedevelopment and changes of the different periods Pai-Ying Junior Middle Schoolorganization. Management and operation of each period in different ways, which arepresented in the context of the particular era unique school organizations are not the same.It is meaninly full for the education in the future.The same time, the study took the time as the clue,connected each case ofdeveloping in Pai-Ying Junior Middle School.The study explored Pai-Ying School thepast few hundred years history of the developing changes of the school organization.Through which can be seen Pai-Ying microcosm of the development of education.Fourth, the development of the rural schools in remote ethnic Mid organizationchanges, in fact, in the interaction between the main body of the national, local andtownship,The development and changes of the small local school organization, has astrong spatial and temporal projection. Look at a junior high school of origin and thenew and developing very unique.
