Children are the future of the motherland, the nation’s hope. Children’s health isto lay a person life the important foundation of growth and development. Physicalhealth level, is a reflection of the national economy and social development level, to acertain extent, represents the national health, on behalf of the country to the attentionof the national health level. Along with our country people’s living standards, thecontinuous improvement of mechanization, the parents’ overprotection, dietarystructure is not reasonable, academic factors such as heavy,"children’s obesity" and"immune system","myopic" problem, fail to improve young children’s physiqueconstantly in our country, instead of showing a downward trend. Therefore, youngchildren as the productive potential of the social development, and is related to ournation’s future prosperity to decline, children’s constitution is not only a family,should be the focus of the whole society should pay attention to. Kindergarten as themain preschool education institutions, how to scientific, reasonable and effective tocarry out children’s sports activities, to improve children’s physical fitness, stimulatethe potential of preschool children’s interests, mining, develop children’s intelligenceis early childhood education worker’s responsibility and obligation.Along with invasion of foreign culture, many children getting love in foreigncultures, while China’s traditional culture-in a forgotten corner of the martial arts.This study is based on a large class children to carry out basic training martial artsteaching mode, follow the basic rules of early childhood education, give full play tothe basic skills teaching martial arts in the important role of early childhood education,using literature data, measurement, observation, mathematical statistics analysis,comparative analysis, with Dehong state kindergartens four large classes of200children randomly selected two classes of98children for the study, the principle ofgradual and orderly progress in fun, martial opened for experimental classes teachingbasic skills, by measuring height, weight, thigh circumference,pulse,30m run, tennisthrow away,standing long jump, sit and reach, balance indicators,Cross jump11indicators,analysis of this teaching mode as well as physical differences preschool children Physique.
