Elementary school music education, especially music quality of pupils has beenmore and more emphasized heavily along with the development of Chinese education,and good music sense is the basis of the development of students’ music quality.The purpose of this study provides interpretation and point of view about newmusic course standard of basic knowledge, besides the research work about four typesof music learning ability namely "double-bases and four abilities" provides a newperspective for the teaching ideas and teaching work. To solve this problem, themethods of literature research, observation, scientific thinking methods ofscientific research on this topic, are carried out. Through the works of literature,explains the concepts, to increase my own point of view.The results prove that, in primary school music classroom, whether appreciationor singing lessons, around the "double-bases and four abilities" concept ofteaching can promote the students obtain the ability of learning music in theemotional attitude----values, knowledge and skill, process and method of growth.
