After more than twenty years of efforts, China’s higher occupation education hasformed a distinctive feature of the talent training mode of major settings:market-oriented; teaching design to cultivate the occupation ability for the purpose;curriculum awareness theory and practice; teachers of double type towards thedirection; personnel training go produce learn cooperative road. However, China’shigher occupation education talents cultivation starts later, has not yet formed arelatively complete, reasonable structure of the talents cultivation mode of higheroccupation education, talents cultivation mode construction is a pressing matter of themoment.According to the author in recent years China’s higher occupation educationfacing the reform requirements, according to the country and Society for creative,entrepreneurial talents of higher occupation education, how to build entrepreneurialtalent training mode to explore and study in depth. Using the Potter fiveforces model of higher occupation education, competitive analysis, defined the highoccupation colleges should fully take into account the needs of both sides of supplyand demand, adopt differentiated competitive strategy, formulate suitable for socialdevelopment and national requirements of the entrepreneurial talent training strategy:take the post as the core, demand-oriented, employment as a fundamental,development of higher occupation education talents cultivation, social and businessskills training, practical, innovative, entrepreneurial talent. According to the societyand the enterprise talent demand status, determined the entrepreneurial talents trainingtarget: training business managers and entrepreneurs.Entrepreneurial talent training organizational structure innovation. From thereform and innovation, integration of resources, close to the market, elaborated thetalents cultivation plan for the development of necessity and importance, and enhancethe level two school functions and services security management functions.Talents cultivation course system innovation.
