The purpose of education is to shape the people and cultivate people with the whole objective of all-round development for every student. And education should go after this core objective. In order to innovate the development of education, it is important to reform the curriculum. As the improvement of reforming curriculum and the higher need for talented persons of our society, there is necessary for us to explore teaching methods that could adapt for the requirements of new situation in teaching.Case teaching is a method of teaching that can reach the standard of the new curriculum and lead students to discuss according to a typical and special case or situation, by first describing a content case. In this situation, both the teacher and students are involved in this activity, which could nurture the independence and autonomy of students, and further guide them to question, investigate and explore. In this case, students can learn from practice which could promote the learning attitude of autonomy and personality under the leadership of the teacher.therefore, case teaching becomes indispensible when used in moral lessons of Junior High School, with great significance in education.This topic would explore the adoption of case teaching to moral lesson in junior middle school from the following five parts:The first part introduces the purpose and significance of this article, and the development of case type teaching at home and abroad, along with research methods.The second part summarizes the concept of case teaching and its characteristic and distinguishes the difference between case teaching and the instances in classroom.The third part is about the necessary of adopting case teaching to moral lessons in junior high school, as it is the inner requirements of moral lessons in junior high school, extrinsic guarantee to conduct new curriculum reformation in junior high school and an important method to improve the shortcomings that exists in modern moral lessons.The fourth part is the focus on this article research part, which takes Shen north affiliated school of Shenyang normal university as a case, including the analysis of questionnaire survey, interviews with the teacher and case analysis.The fifth part is the main part of this article which presents the suggestions to adopt case teaching to moral lessons in Junior High School. One is selection of case material; the second one is teacher’s professional training; the third is that creating the running environment of case teaching; the fourth is to strengthen the school’s professional configuration. In order to stimulate students’ interest, the last is to pay attention to the technical of case teaching in class.By investigation and analysis of the case teaching of moral lessons in junior high school, the author puts forward to the constructive programs to improve the adoption of case teaching to moral lessons in junior high school, which provides course for theoretical basis and practical value for teaching reformation.
