With the development of the new curriculum reform, the importance of curriculum resources applied gradually rendering. Active and effective application of biotechnology curriculum resources, to better take advantage of native biological curriculum resources is an important way to improve the quality of teaching in rural junior high school biology. Individual rural junior high school, textbooks and "class standard" some teaching requirements can not be implemented. This curriculum resource in rural areas is one of the major obstacles to the basic education curriculum in primary and secondary schools in rural areas to promote and implementation.In this paper, literature, questionnaires, interviews and other research methods, the biological characteristics of the concept and curriculum resources theoretical overview of the current situation on the basis of the biological part of the school curriculum resources applications, Liaoning Province, conducted a survey of five regions research. Learned that most of the teachers to understand biology curriculum resources, and realize the necessity of the application of biology course resources, but in the application of biology course resources there are still some problems in the process:(1) Biology teacher curriculum resources for application awareness and ability is not strong, in the form of curriculum resources too single.(2) Students as the main curriculum resources do not get the attention it deserves.(3) School teachers to arrange lessons are more workload.(4) Biological teacher resources allocation is not reasonable, biological professional teachers less, application of biological course resources. In response to these problems, suggested a solution strategy: strengthening the construction of teachers, increase teachers’ management efforts; change the traditional concept of curriculum resources and establish an open concept; emphasis on student status and role in the curriculum resource applications.Finally, I hope teachers and students in rural areas can improve awareness of Applied Biology, Liaoning Province, curriculum resources through this article to improve the status of rural junior high school biology curriculum resources in Liaoning Province applications currently provide application of biotechnology curriculum resource effective way, we want to promote the new curriculum reform has effect.
