The reform of fundamental education in China has been 10 years, local school shave more independent rights to develop curriculum resources. Curriculum resources is an very important concept in the new curriculum reform. Which needs to be caught the widespread attention in society, especially the department of education, the major players of curriculum implementation—schools and teachers and students,Enhance their educational philosophy, change their teaching modes, make more efficient development and use of curriculum resources, and take full advantage of curriculum resources in biology class. Most of students acquire knowledge mainly by them teachers in school, so the teachers’ ability of development and utilization of curriculum resources should be improve deeply,as well as the consciousness of development and utilization of curriculum resources,which can make the teachers are aware of the development and utilization of curriculum resources is great significance to students’ development. It can promote the comprehensive development of students, so as well as theirs individual character, It well be more and more usefull for the students to adapt to the social life and the development of higher education, even their vocational preparation. The development of curriculum resources is becoming more and more important in the context of the new curriculum reform. How to combine the discipline features of biology and the advantages of rural middle school to develop the resources of rural biology curriculum becomes a challenge task for the rural middle school teachers. This paper investigates the identification and utilization of the curriculum resources in the rural middle school biology teachers in Qianjiang of Chongqing by questionnaire and interview, and then analyse causes of the problem carefully, also becomes some conclusions of quality of teachers, the school environment, their local physical and human environment. Based on the problems in the investigation, This paper presents some solutions and puts forward some new approaches to the exploitation and utilization of curriculum resources, also put it to use in practical teaching, the ultimate goal is to make rural junior middle school biological teachers use the curriculum resources in a better way to pave the way for the development of rural middle school students. And providing suggestions for the curriculum decision-makers at the same time.
