The Application Of New Psychoanalytic Theory In The Work Of College Counselors

The studies about the Neo-Psychoanalytic theory or college counselors’ work are very numerous, but the studies of combining the Neo-Psychoanalytic theory and college counselors’ work are few, This paper attempts to find the intersection of college counselors’ work with the Neo-Psychoanalytic theory, the Neo-Psychoanalytic theory being effectively applied college counselors’ work.This paper is divided into four parts: the first part explained the internal connection of Neo-Psychoanalytic theory and the counselors’ work and analyses the feasibility and necessity of applying the new spirit analysis theory to the college counselors’ work; The second part discussed the application of the theory of social interest to the college counselors’ work in order to reveal the referemce significance of the social interest theory in the college counselors’ work. The third part discussed the Analytical Psychology theory in the application of college counselors’ work with discussing which aspects the university counselors could do work better; The fourth part discussed the Self-identity theory application in the work of university counselors with analysing how the college counselors to grasp the influence of the Self-identity theory to practical work.
