The college counselor is an essential part of ranks of college and universities teachers. The college counselor is also the backbone force of developing college student ideological and political education and college student work. The way to choose, train and prompt college counselors is the important factor of achieving high performance on their jobs. This thesis studies the recent situation of certain college counselors to build Competence-based model by using Competence-based theory. And it uses the competence-based model in employing, training and prompting college counselors at this university.This thesis adopts the methods of survey, behavioral event interview, 360°feedback and questionnaire survey. It collects a great deal of literature and information about college counselor systems and competence-based theories at home and abroad. This thesis takes the certain university as the object of study and leads the empirical studies. |
