The new curriculum reform in China began in 2004. Since then, all provinces have started to implement "the ordinary high school chemistry curriculum standards (experiment)", and the chemistry curriculum system in the high school has changed accordingly, which imple ment the compulsory and elective courses, and "the structure and properties of matter" is regarded as elective course. College admission examination began to implement new standard principle of test paper in 2007, chose "the structure and properties of matter" as the selected questions appeared in the college entrance examination papers, which fully reflects the value orientation of the new curriculum reform. "The structure and properties of matter" selected examination questions is fairly comprehensive, on the one hand, it examines students’ mastering of basic theories and concepts, on the other hand, it examines the students’ knowledge migration ability and spatial ability. Due to the module of "the structure and properties of matter" is abstract and profound in theory, this paper bases on the differences of knowledge points about examination questions from this module, and the classifications and inductions are carried on.This article comprises three parts:chapter 1 simply expounds the research background and research significance, and sums up the the characteristics of selected questions about "the structure and properties of matter" in college entrance examination; The second part includes four chapters, respectively regards atomic structure and element periodic law, molecular structure, intermolecular force, and the crystal structure as the theme, gathering chemistry paper of new course for the college entrance examination in the latest five years in detail, classifying and summarizing the knowledge about structural chemistry from the module "the structure and properties of matter", and does a simple analysis and commentary connecting with the new curriculum standard requirement for students. The third part is chapter 6, selecting six cases of the typical entrance examination, makes a detailed analysis from the comprehensive application of knowledge, the way of considering problems and characteristics of proposition.
