In order to improve the development of quality--oriented education and promote students’ all- round development, a new round of curriculum reform is in full swing. Although teachers are practitioners of the new curriculum reform, their positions haven’t got really enhancement, which leads to serious job burnout and great loss of teachers. To promote teachers’ professional development effectively is the inevitable requirement of the new round of curriculum reform. At the same time, teachers’ professional development is an important part of teachers’ career development, so we must conduct on teachers’ career management.As the constant enrichment and expanding of compulsory education teachers, young teachers have gradually become an important part of high school teachers group. As a critical period of compulsory education, teachers’ professional development, team construction, professional growth of young teachers in junior middle school is related to the success or failure of the elementary education.Career management, which has been seen as the key part of enterprise human resources management, is receiving more and more attention in recent years in the field of education. The leaders in education are gradually aware of the importance of teachers’ career management. But in the actual operation process, career management related to the primary and secondary school teachers of are still very weak. Single for junior high school, as the proportion of young teachers in junior middle school teacher groups is increasing, teachers’ career management is becoming more and more important, our study on young teachers’ career management of junior high school and trying to put forward to the feasible strategy is becoming a realistic and urgent task in practice. Therefore, the study on career management of the young teachers in junior high school is the need of education reform, and the requirement of compulsory education development.In this study, we first collected, read and analyzed a large amount of relevant literature, then summarize theories about career management from home and abroad. On the basis of this, combined with the existing research results,we defined the core concept of this research – The career management of young teachers in junior high school, which including career planning of the young teachers in junior high school and junior high school organizational career management of young teachers; Secondly, on the basis of defined concept of this research, through the interview of young teachers and leaders in junior middle school, we finally design out the questionnaire of young teachers’ career management in junior high school; Then, we selected several junior middle schools in Shanghai to carry out the survey, and we use the program of SPSS to analyze the statistic we got from the survey. Learning from statistical analysis, we know that there are some problems in current junior high school career management of young teachers. For example, young teachers don’t know much about post settings and promotion channels in schools they work in, social status and salary is not high, young teachers’ overall satisfaction level is low, junior high school organization ignores the promotion of young teachers’ professional identity, the lack of perfect management system for young teachers, etc.; Finally, as is known to us all, the career management of young teachers in junior high school is a systematic project, which needs the joint efforts of society, the government, the junior high school and young teachers themselves. Returning to the core concept of this study, countermeasures and suggestions of junior high school young teachers’ self-career planning and junior high school organizational career management of young teachers are put forward.The innovation of this study is that this time we use the concept of career management which once mostly focused on enterprise management and the management of university teachers to junior middle school teachers’ management. Combined with the particularity of the group of young teachers in junior middle school, we come up with the concept of career management young teachers in junior middle schools; by using the software of SPSS, we process factor analysis and variance analysis. Finally, we find out the problems existed in current young teachers’ career management in junior high school t, and put forward some feasible countermeasures, which will be useful in the future career management of young teachers in junior high schools.
