A Study On The Influence Of The Evolution Of Professional Qualification Certificate System On Vocational Education In China

The development of technical vocational education needs the support conditions, which means the technical vocational education and the support conditions should match each other. The employment oriented and transboundary characteristics of technical vocational education requires the support of the vocational qualification system, however, vocational qualification system in our country is not perfect, can not fully play its role in supporting, and even limit the technical vocational education’s development to a certain extent. How to improve the occupation qualification certificate system, and support the occupation education development better has become an important subject.This paper discusses from the angle of social stratification and social closure of vocational qualification system, through combing the occupation qualification certificate system in China and its influence on the evolution process of technical vocational education in each stage, and find out the existing problems, based on the combination of foreign experience and puts forward some suggestions to improve it.The full text consists seven parts. The first part describes the problem, the significance of the topic, literature review and the research methods; the second part points out the theoretical basis of this thesis, including the crossover theory, social stratification theory, social closure theory, and make the definition of the core concepts; the third part combs the evolution process of vocational qualification system in our country, from the initial upgrade system to worker ’s technical appraisal system, the establishment, development and specification to vocational qualification system; the fourth part reviews vocational qualification system’s evolution of the occupation education influence, and analyzes the two aspects affect of the vocational qualification system’s influence on technical vocational education; the fifth part points out the problems of the of the vocational qualification system’s influence of occupation education, and use the theory to analysis them; the sixth part is the perfect occupation qualification certificate system in Chinese recommendations.
