Since the enforcement of reform and opening up policy, politics and economy of our country has greatly changed, the social stratums structure has also changed correspondingly, new stratums formation and order changed of stratums, all of these had influenced negatively on development of vocational and technical education especially secondary vocational and technical education. In our country, present social stratification pattern is the social root of the difficulty in development of vocational and technical education. Through the research of three junior high schools students respectively in urban district, cities, the countryside, the researcher tries to understand the basic condition in split-flows of education intention and the factors affecting them. Results of the research as follows:1)The intentions of Boys and girls in the split-flows of education intention are not obvious different, they do not have the obvious difference in each dimension.2) students of the urban district, the city and the countryside all desire to rise into the key senior high school, compared with the students who lived in the urban district and the city ,the countryside students' desire to enter higher school is more practical and the attitude is more positive and motivation level is higher.3) Divergence intention of junior high school students is contradicted to their divergence result. In the investigation we discovered that all of the junior high school students have strong desire to rise into higher school .85.1% junior school students hope to rise into the key senior school when they graduate, but in fact, the number of students who entered into key senior high school is lower than that they hoped.4) Father's vocational stratums correlate with mothers positively; Parents' vocational stratums correlate with their family income positively and children's academic performance correlates with their desire rising to higher school positively.5) Children's academic performance, mother's academic credentials and the student's motivation level influence their choice when they graduate from junior high school. The academic performance can predict their choice. And children's academic performance was influenced by their motivation level, fathers' academic credentials, and parents' educational expectation.6) Student and their parents are all like to accept the ordinary senior high school education. The percentage of students who choose into the professional high school and technical school are 5.3% and 2.6%, respectively. Most of parents would rather let their children go to a bad senior high school rather than to a professional school or technical school.
