To pursue the idea of symbiosis, people use symbiosis philosophy to examine current education theory and practice.In this way the symbiotic theory of education is built and it motivates the revolution of the educational values. This article is based on the mathematics curriculum reform practice in Shanghai, guided by the new curriculum concept, and combi ned with the present situation of the current mathematics teaching. Questionnaire survey, in terviewing, symposium,dition, selection of access and my own experiences are used in the article to put forward the four characteristics of mathematics “symbiosis” teaching : symbi otic, otherness, integrity and development. Therefore I did following study and practice aro und the four characteristics,the research of teaching and practice of constructing mathemati cs classroom symbiosis strategy, how to build mathematical symbiotic paradigm of practic e and study in classroom and the way to construct the symbiotic practice of mathematics cl assroom assessment mechanism. Through practice and study, summarized the problems of the mathematics class in junior middle school nowadays. Thus I put forward one of the sol utions to the problem, and analyse the mathematics class through the point of symbiotic, It’s a good reference for the later mathematics teaching.
