Facing up to phenomenon that school symbiosis education is form-fussy and ineffective, this article attempts to find ways to reform the current school symbiosis education on conclusion of experiences of social symbiosis education in village Zhan-li of Guizhou Province.That natural environment being destroyed and information society approaching, appeals to a new time that characterizes in social symbiosis being rectified. Although school education takes susceptive and positive actions to reflect the new age, it in fact appears ineffective and inefficient due to dogmatism and formalism in school symbiosis education. The school puts use of departmental curricula and teaching, teaching method of classical scientific world that make human-nature relationship and interpersonal relationship cultivated separately, which detach integrity of children's experience, consistency of knowledge and behavior and transformative difficulty between motion and deeds.With this questions, I participated a remote ethnic village called Zhan-li and discovered its culture full of symbiosis, which I think will give us many suggestions to correct disadvantages of school education. In Zhan-li, people, nature and other people are three elements; mutual coordination between human-nature relationship and interpersonal relationship is the core; everyday labor and life is the support; production practice is the main propulsion of its symbiosis education.In the end, I suggest that school education should put cultivation of symbolic pupils as its goal, construct symbolic environment of education, pay more attention to the coherence of human-nature relationship and interpersonal relationship, stress the effects of communication practice in everyday life and definite its own boundary.On base of symbiosis theory, association practice theory and theory of broad education, this study utilized academic method of documentary analysis, investigation and comparative analysis. As foundation of this study, concept of symbiosis and symbiosis education was defined in the first part. Symbiosis means assimilation and harmony in allowance of competition and difference, of which the former is the core, the later is the base. Symbiosis education means making symbiosis talents cultivated in some symbiosis environment. In this article, symbiosis means coherence of human-nature and interpersonal relationship.
