Nowadays, more and more people are learning through MOOC, a new online course. Under the impetus of the wave in this study, more and more colleges and universities paid attention to the reform of teaching. By the influence of MOOC, colleges and universities began to grope for the change of teaching mode and the cultivation of teachers, promote the quality education resources sharing, new forms produce on the basis of originally courses in colleges and universities, and a large number of MOOCs emerging.MOOC is mainly in the form of video courses. A video course is divided into several micro courses of more than ten minutes. MOOC pay attention to cultivate students’ self-consciousness and initiative, with students as the center, highlight student’s main body status and service to students.The emergences of MOOC make teaching resources more delicate. MOOC video made by carefully edited and weighed makes the high quality education resources to their equilibrium configuration.
