Under the influence of students as the educational thought and the promotion of information technology and big data technology, the tide of MOOC sweep into the field of education in our country and the influence is becoming more and more powerful. Therefore, to overcome the limitations of MOOC, sort out and integrate relationship between Micro-Lesson, MOOC and Flipped Classroom,optimizing the function of MOOC, depends on creating and promoting the MOOC Education. MOOC education is based on the relevance theory, humanism and the theory of self education, relying on the support of information technology and big data technology and carrying on the line of MOOC, Micro-Lesson and the next line of the Flipped Classroom. It is a practical activity around problems, under the guidance of educators to promote learners’ individual development, to cultivate learners’ learning ability.This research mainly uses the method of literature research, comparative research and the observation, The purpose of the study is to reveal the connotation and characteristics, the elements and the relationship of the MOOC education, and to explore the development trend of the MOOC Education. The research is divided into four parts. The first part includes research background, research purpose and significance, relevant research status, theoretical basis, research ideas and research methods. The second part is to define the concept of MOOC Education on the basis of analysis of MOOC, Micro-Lesson, Flipped Classroom, and put forward the feature combining with the theories including the resource sharing, hybrid learning,autonomy and efficiency. The third part explains the connotation of educators,learners, educational content and educational materials in the form of MOOC Education on the elements of education and constructs the structure on the line and under the line. The fourth part based on the deep change of educational organization forms and evaluation, describes the development tendency from the integration of curriculum content, individualization of teaching form, management orientation problem, diversity of evaluation methods, ability orientation of evaluation content and the pluralism of evaluation subject.
