Self - Recognition In Social Worker 's Professional Dilemma

Social work is a great cause which is about the "help people to help themselves" and "to life on life".Today’s complex society is in need of professional social work values and social skills to help people who have different need. Therefore, the government also proposed to grow the ranks of professional social workers, for the development of society inject as a positive force. However, the real world is still relatively low for the recognition of social workers, social work profession to accept people for social work education and professional self-acceptance is very low, so the social worker occupational mobility is relatively large, a lot of the social work profession graduates due to the pressure of reality and self-professional status do not want to choose to engage in social business, but there are still many social workers have continued to work in the front line. This paper wants to interview L by social workers to understand her work and living conditions, analysis of the specific reasons for L stick to social positions.This paper uses case interview method, a social organization of professional social workers L-depth interviews and participant observation of her working conditions, analyzed with life experiences and personal reflection L since entering the social work professional education since the analysis to understand their duties mainly L the reason is that the social work of self-recognition, which further explored between self-recognition and professional self-recognition and self-recognition of the relationship between the professional practice, which may differ from other career professional social workers understand the strengths and attractiveness, in-depth analysis those who still choose to continue their duties of social workers in the occupation of reasons, it can also recognize human face of social mobility difficulties or lack of professional reasons, I hope through the analysis of the current social situation that allows the government pay more attention to social and social workers, to give social work and dedication with which the level of the corresponding treatment, only to ensure social lives of individuals in order to allow social workers to better serve others, but also to retain more social talents to further grow and develop social workers.
