As a new discipline, The course of Information technology has experienced different stages of development in the history of education in our country. especially with the rapid development of the information society, information technology has applied to more and more area in our society, such as life, learning. therefore, it is essential to train student’s information awareness. Educational experts in China has issued the Basic Curriculum Reform Program issued in 2003, aims to improve students information literacy as a overall goal of technical courses in high school, the implementation of the concept of a three-dimensional target, knowledge and skills, processes and methods, emotional attitudes and values. However, in the actual teaching, the teachers regards knowledge and skills as an important dimension of the target in general, to ignore the process and methods in teaching, non-standard design of the teaching objective, having non awareness to design objective about process and methods, all the targets independent, this phenomenon appearance often.Through review the literature, reading the development of the information technology in our country, research in developed countries, studying the standards of information technology curriculum in high school, especially the interpretation of three-dimensional target and research, the three-dimensional goal was misunderstood by the teacher of information technology in general. Then, through classroom observation and interviews into teaching practice, Learn more about the status of information technology in teaching, teachers’ level of understanding of three-dimensional target in application and the achievement of the goals in classroom teaching. Focuses on the achievement of the objectives of the process and methods. The problems are summarized as follows: Course Objectives was setted unreasonable, deviating from the requirements of subject teaching; emphasis on education but ignore learning. having no clear about who is the main part of the target design,teachers or students.and sometimes subject and object are confused; in teaching,the three-dimensional target can not be seen as the whole.emphasis on cultured one dimension target.The misunderstanding of the process and method has include: the preparation of three-dimensional target formalized, in order to reflect the new curriculum reform, the target are classified into three.The three-dimensional target was setted big an empty. And Some front-line teachers do not know how to write specific teaching objectives of the process and methods of dimension. To solve above all the problems, the author, according to her’s own understanding, proposing how to implement the recommendations of a good three-dimensional target, how to correctly understand the goal of the process and methods, designing two cases about “the application of multimedia technology in the social life”、“flash animation design” to reflect the process and methods in teaching, as a teaching reference for teachers of information technology in high school.
