High school Ideological and Political textbooks as text carrier of Ideological and Political course, has some shorts, such as lagged behind and theoretical limitations. In the practical teaching, teachers should bring them own subjective initiative into play the second time for the development of textbooks, so as to make it close to the student life experience,psychological and cognitive logic, and the specific teaching situation. In this paper, the final comprehensive research results on materials nowadays both domestic and foreign curriculum theory, based on the high school thought politics discipline, through literature research and combined with the high school practice and listening experience of mine. I summed up the meaning of the second time of senior high school Ideological and Political textbook is to stimulate students’ interests, broaden the students’ knowledge, train students’ thinking ability, and make teaching easy and efficiently. Teachers should focus on the base of students’ subject knowledge, life experience, psychological logic, the environment of nature and society, and knowledge of other subjects. In the actual teaching, teachers can refer to the following strategies: selected the teaching resources which meet students’ psychological and cognitive; according to the social hot spots to choose teaching resources; deep into the textbooks around the teaching focus; add or delete the contents of textbooks according to grasp the difficulty; according to the students’ cognition, adjusting teaching contents order. This thesis hopes to offer Ideological and Political teachers in high school a useful reference when preparing a lesson.
