Based on the different gender,education,exercise,age,exercise frequency,exercise program,fitness club exercise time each exerciser’s body esteem comparative study to explore the scientific training methods to help improve physical fitness club’s self-esteem and fitness efficiency.In this study,a questionnaire survey on a random sample of the Shanghai area six Tera gym(Zhang Yang shop,Miles stores,Tianlin,Pingxingguan shop,Xinzhuang store,Songjiang University City Branch)313 exercisers for the survey to survey The self-esteem as the research object,through mathematical statistics,expert interviews and literature on the statistical analysis of the survey data.The results show that:1.The fitness club’s staff constitute a common highly educated,younger and younger,and the majority of women who exercise.Week exercise frequency most fitness club’s focus on 3-5 times a week,each time more than 30 minutes of exercise.2.The factors that affect the body’s overall self-esteem in order of importance were:age,frequency,types of sports,education,gender.3.The same education,gender,exercise frequency of women who exercise longer life,more and more types of exercisers participating in sport,the higher the overall self-esteem,the higher self-esteem of each dimension,the higher the satisfaction of their own.With the extension of exercise life,body esteem dimensions exhibit different trends,but the overall trend is increasing.4.In the three months to 3 years in the process,the body self-esteem is to improve the fastest,with the exercise continues to extend life,physical self-esteem,although it will continue to increase,but the increase is very slow.4.The more exercise fequency the exercisers take part in,the higher the overall self-esteem.But the effects is not obvious when the exercisers’ fequency less than 3times a week.5.No other conditions in the body as a whole to self-esteem at the same time the differences between men and women,but in the dimension of physical attractiveness in women than men;in the physical dimension,in men than women.Recommendation:1.A health club should be set more suitable for men who exercise group exercise workout program and exercise programs.By setting a reasonable exercise regiment course,one can attract male comrades do card,improve economic health club,on the other hand can improve male exerciser fitness experience,achieve better workout results.2.The proper exercise frequency and varied movement can improve the efficiency of higher health effects,improve self-esteem.3.Fitness card sales staff training fitness knowledge,a health club with a daily fitness consultant,new exercisers do to ensure understanding of fitness and health knowledge cards(such as a week of exercise frequency should be less than 2 times,to participate in the mention at least two kinds of types of projects,exercise when security matters),with high fitness results.4.For different years,different levels of exercise were set different exercise the role of group exercise classes.
